Salisbury ILP Leather Protectors for Lineman Gloves - Salisbury ILP Leather Glove Protectors are designed for use with Insulating Rubber Gloves. Leather protector gloves are worn over insulating gloves to provide mechanical protection against abrasions, punctures and cuts that could hurt the wearer or compromise the insulating glove. Proper care of Leather Protectors is also essential to user safety, and any metal particle, embedded wire, abrasive material or any substance that could physically damage the rubber gloves must be removed from the protector before use. All Salisbury protectors are steamed pressed on curved hand forms to ensure proper fit over Rubber Gloves and meet ASTM F696 safety standards.
